Task

Before the full launch of the new shoe care service, the task was to quickly develop a pre-launch landing page. The main goal was rapid indexing by search engines (Yandex and Google) to secure organic traffic from the first day of the official launch.

Solution

I developed a responsive and lightning-fast single-page website using a component-based approach. Special attention was paid to semantic HTML and Schema.org markup to ensure strong SEO rankings. A pre-registration module was also integrated in full compliance with data protection regulations, alongside advanced Yandex Metrica analytics to test market demand.

  • SEO Optimization: Implemented Service & LocalBusiness markup, canonical links, and image optimization (WebP/Lazy loading) achieving PageSpeed 95+.
  • Pre-registration & Data Protection: Developed a lead capture form with mandatory consent checkboxes and CRM integration, compliant with local privacy laws.
  • Analytics & Testing: Configured goals and e-commerce tracking in Yandex Metrica to monitor scroll depth and the conversion funnel.
  • Modular Architecture: Utilizing CSS variables and component design allows for an easy transition to the final brand identity once complete.

The project is built as a static site for maximum speed (LCP < 3s). Secure data transmission for leads is ensured via HTTPS.
