Task
The client, a Rubber Technical Goods (RTI) manufacturing enterprise, needed more than accounting software: a "digital nervous system" for the factory floor. The primary objective was to eradicate chaos, theft, and data loss typically associated with paper journals and rudimentary spreadsheets. The challenge was to forge a unified, real-time command center with a paranoid focus on security, intellectual property protection, and stringent role-based stratification (from the CEO down to the shop floor machinist).
Solution
The core architecture relies on Next.js running atop the Bun runtime, ensuring blazing-fast execution speeds (0.1s latency) between the administrative office and the RTI factory floor. The landmark innovation is the adoption of IT Ledger Immutability: data cannot be arbitrarily deleted or overwritten. We implemented a "Storno" module where errors are rectified exclusively via corrective entries, preserving a flawless audit trail to prevent theft. To secure vulnerabilities, a Privacy Mode was engineered: a machinist logging into the factory floor PWA sees only anonymized hash codes (Order #ORD-2026-404) rather than actual client names, completely thwarting client base espionage.

- Immutable Accounting (Storno): Direct data deletion is prohibited. A strict audit trail of corrective entries eliminates inventory manipulation.
- Privacy Mode & Roles: Rigid access stratification. Floor workers access tasks cleansed of financial/client data, while Executives retain macroscopic control.
- Soft Delete (Archival): Middle management shifts deleted nodes to a hidden archive, nullifying sabotage risks. Restoration is exclusively owner-authorized.
- Shop-Floor PWA: An oversized, adaptive interface deployed to inexpensive factory floor tablets, optimized for gloved interactions.

The architecture is packaged across tier-based deliverables (MVP, Business, Enterprise). Supported by the Nyx OS Policy Engine, trust-rules can scale dynamically between the shop floor and warehouse, allowing leadership to toggle between strict authorization and trusting micro-corrections.
