Task

A typical auto repair shop (СТО) drowns in chaos: service histories are scribbled in thick paper notebooks, spare parts inventory lives "in the head" of the warehouse keeper, and mechanic workloads are tracked on a whiteboard. Losing a single notebook means losing the entire client base. The challenge was ambitious: within weeks, migrate the entire operational pipeline from paper chaos into a unified digital ecosystem where every part, every work order, and every client is just one click away.

Solution

We built a comprehensive CRM platform on Next.js that replaced all notebooks, spreadsheets, and whiteboards in one fell swoop. The system automatically maintains a complete service history for every vehicle: the owner can see when the oil was changed, which parts were installed, and which mechanic performed the work. The inventory module tracks spare parts in real time and alerts staff when reordering is needed. A built-in mechanic workload planner distributes work orders evenly across employees, eliminating both idle time and overload.

Architecture and Deployment

Deployed on Docker with PostgreSQL powering client data and repair history storage. The architecture is blueprint-ready for multi-location scaling with a centralized owner dashboard across a chain of auto service centers.
